Saint John Area: A "typical" winter storm caused flooding of low-lying sections of Rothesay Avenue, Golden Grove Road, McAllister Drive, and in Glen Falls. The combination of snow with rain aggravated drainage problems, causing water to accumulate on the streets. The slushy snow tended to plug catch basins.

The Saint John area received 20 mm of rain and 8 cm of snow.
