Sources: The Sackville Post 1922/09/26. Memramcook River Basin: The high tide on September 22, resulted in flooding of the lowlands and damage to the railway bed of the C.N.R. line in the Dorchester area. Sackville Area: The high tides overtopped dykes, resulting in flooding of the marshland on September 22 and the 23rd. The highway near Aulac was reported to be flooded on September 23 to a depth of one to two feet [0.3 to 0.6 m].

Memramcook River Basin: In the Dorchester area, the railway bed of the C.N.R. line was badly damaged. Two gravel trains and their work crews repaired the damages by evening of the same day. Sackville Area: Many breaks in the dykes were reported to have occurred.
