Saint John River Basin: Flood waters of the Saint John River covered approximately one-half of the city owned parking lot on Campbell Street, Fredericton. Restigouche River Basin: In the Restigouche River Basin, streams were overflowing their banks in several areas. A culvert was washed out in the St. Alberts area, and minor property damage was said to have occurred. Approximately one mile of the C.N.R. Gaspé line was submerged near Sillarsville (Sellars), Quebec. Flooding was also reported at Flatlands and Matapedia.
