Flood Details - 1909-04-14 - 1909-04-17

Southeastern New Brunswick: Heavy freshet on the headwaters of the Richibucto River carried away the Bass River bridge. Two smaller bridges above Bass River were also swept away.

Spring freshet augmented by heavy rains on April 15.

The freshet on the main river and its tributaries was reported to be heavier than the big freshet of January, 1909.
