Sackville Area: A high tide was reported to have caused a washout of the railway bed on the I.C.R. line near Frosty Hollow. The washout occurred at about 2:30 p.m., and affected 200 to 300 feet [about 61 to 92 metres] of track. Temporary repairs were completed by 11:00 p.m. the same day.
