Flood Details - 1798-10-01 - 1798-10-03

At Fredericton and Maddeskesway (Keswick) and along the Nashwaak and Oromocto rivers, many families lost stock and provisions. Grass in pastures was covered with sediment. Not a mill dam was left intact for 30 miles. The flood lasted three days. Note: actual dates unknown.
